Is my enquiry confidential?
Enquiries are treated in strict confidence. Note, however, that a lawyer–client relationship and the protections that follow from it arise only once SK Legal has confirmed engagement in writing. Please do not send sensitive documents with a first enquiry.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
We assess every enquiry at no cost to determine whether we can assist and how. Where a full consultation is required, we will confirm the basis and any fee before it takes place.
Which courts and forums do you appear before?
SK Legal is licensed with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone and registered with the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts. We advise across UAE mainland proceedings in collaboration with licensed Emirati advocates, and appear in arbitration before DIAC, arbitrateAD and other institutions.
Can you help if I am outside the UAE?
Yes. We regularly act for clients based outside the UAE with matters in the country, and can conduct meetings remotely across time zones.
What languages do you work in?
We advise in English, Arabic and Russian, and publish legal commentary in all three.
