Role
We are looking for a senior associate to join the disputes practice, acting in institutional arbitrations for commercial and construction clients. The role carries direct client contact and first-chair drafting responsibility from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Running arbitrations from notice through to award and enforcement.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and written submissions.
- Instructing and working alongside experts and external counsel.
- Supervising associates and managing case teams.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least six years’ post-qualification experience in international arbitration.
- Working knowledge of the DIAC, ICC and LCIA rules.
- Experience of seats in the UAE, and ideally London or Singapore.
- English to professional drafting standard. Arabic a significant advantage.
