Practicing since 2008, he acts on high-stakes disputes across the Emirates, with a focus on banking and finance litigation, white-collar criminal defence, and corporate bankruptcy proceedings before the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Courts.

His practice is distinguished by his sophisticated Arabic drafting capabilities and strategic approach to local court procedure. Bashar frequently architects complex procedural submissions, translating nuanced commercial positions into effective, court-ready advocacy. His technical precision and understanding of local jurisprudence make him a critical resource for leading Emirati advocates, ensuring seamless alignment between broader commercial objectives and onshore procedural execution.

In addition to his banking and criminal practice, Bashar manages contentious insolvency proceedings, real estate disputes, criminal matters and complex tort claims, driving matters decisively from initial filing through to final judgment and execution.
