Sameer A. Khan

Founder & Managing Partner

Sameer Khan is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and a graduate of Pembroke College, University of Oxford. Called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 2007, he brings over 14 years of legal experience in the United Arab Emirates.

His practice spans Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Advisory, Construction and Real Estate Disputes, Debt Recovery, and international arbitration — with matters before ICC, DIAC, DIFC Courts, and local courts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
